Hotel Lobby AI pricing on this site is a credit balance, not a subscription that renews. The default video uses 10 credits. You buy a pack, or a monthly or yearly amount, and the charge happens once.
One-time packs
A pack buys a fixed number of credits. Unused credits do not expire, and they do not refresh on a schedule.

These amounts are charged once. They are not a cancel-anytime subscription, because the charge does not repeat. Checkout is handled by Creem.

Previews and refunds
One free preview may be offered when the daily budget is open. It is a shorter 480p, 5-second clip, not the paid default. You watch it on your account page. Downloads come with paid videos.
A failed render returns the credits, or that free preview, automatically. An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days if no credits from it were spent.
The price on the button is the cost of that render.
